PokerStars Releases 2012 WCOOP Schedule

The biggest live poker tournament series WSOP 2012 has completed. Now, it’s time for poker world to gear up for the largest online poker tournament series in the world, WCOOP. PokerStars has released the schedule for the ever demanding online poker event 2012, World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP).
Though, there are no big changes in the schedule as compared to the last year’s. On Sunday, September 2, the 2012 WCOOP will begin with three events: $215 No-Limit Hold’em 6-Max, $10,300 No-Limit Hold’em High Roller, and $215 No-Limit Hold’em. This year, there will be total 62 separate tournaments with the $5,200 No-Limit Hold’em Main Event with $1 million guaranteed to the winner.
Last year, Thomas ‘Kallllle’ Pedersen took home $1,260,018.50 in the Main Event defeating more than 1,600 opponents.
Similar to all its events, PokerStars will be giving away guaranteed prize pools for every event, though the specifics are yet to be determined by the PokerStars.
