Poker is being endorsed by more and more people with the following of each day. All though it is played all over the world but in America and Britain is enjoys the premier status. There are many poker games that people like to get in, yet it is the traditional straight poker which is highly prized. To play straight poker only a pack of card is necessary and the players range from 2 to 10 in numbers.
In the straight poker each players has just 5 cards in his hand and on the basis of those cards the one need to place a bet the bet does not vary from player to player. The card sequence or points are allotted to cards Ace, King, and Queen. Jack, and goes all the way from 10 to 1
Straight poker players abide by certain rules
1. The players should consist of two or more players
2. The cards are distributed in such a way that each player has five cards in his hand.
3. The bet should be placed without taking a look on the cards that player has got and others would follow the sequence.
4. The first bet should always be placed by the person who sits just on the left of the of the person who has distributed the cards among the players then only the other players can put on their bets either by using the word bet or check . Check means that the decision of placing the bet will passes on to the next player.
5. The game only starts after the first bet has been placed.
6. After placing the bet the first better can put down any of the cards that he has on his hand and the distributer replaces them with new ones.
7. After the replacement of all the cards are over the better sitting on the left of the dealer gives the will end the betting sequence.
8. Then the dong of show down called where in all the players lays down the cards on their hands.
9. If the sequence occurs where two players has the same hand then the one who has the highest card will win the game .in simpler terms the person who has the ace wins the game.
There are many reasons which make straight poker highly desirable to play. Like other poker games, straight poker is a great way to engage your mind. It is a comforting mind game that tests both the playing skills and the common observation of players. Betting adds to the action and makes straight poker highly addictive.
