Alex Borteh is one professional poker player who has a poker bracelet won during the World Series of Poker event of limit holdem event. He also has much acclaimed finishes at the final table of two WSOP events and has won cash prizes from several such events of the WSOP.
Borteh is a professional player who is hooked on to limit holdem as he plays it with passion. Agraduate from Ohio, he began his career by playing at the 2001 World Championship of Magic. His earnings from playing live tournaments in poker sum up to $320,000. His card tricks and dealing of cards is mesmerizing. He has started playing magic since his teenage years and gradually elevated to the professional circuit of poker. His transformation from magic to poker was extremely weird; he was inspired to play the game of cards with his fellow players after his 2nd place finish at the Magic gathering.
Borteh actively took to online poker and started playing it with deftness. He started playing poker simultaneously with his studies, and kind of balanced both with ease. He started earning considerable amount of money playing online poker and after he attained his degree he started playing poker professionally. He was rewarded for his confidence with the gold bracelet win in the WSOP event of $3000 limit holdem and also earned a $200,000 cash prize along with the bracelet win.
